Klutt3rbox ("we", "our", or "the app") is an inventory management application operated by CK42X. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us.

Data We Collect

• Account information: Email address and authentication data provided during sign-up (via Google OAuth or email/password through Supabase Auth).
• Inventory data: Items, containers, descriptions, tags, and photos you add to the app. This data is stored to provide the core service.
• Photos: Images you upload are processed by AI to identify items. Photos are stored securely and are only accessible to your account.
• Subscription data: If you subscribe to Pro, we store transaction identifiers from Apple or our payment processor to manage your subscription status.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the inventory management service
• To process AI-powered item detection from your photos
• To enable semantic search across your inventory
• To manage your subscription and account

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Database and authentication hosting
• OpenAI: AI-powered item detection and search embeddings (photos and item text are sent for processing)
• Vercel: Application hosting
• Apple App Store: In-app purchase processing (iOS)

Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices including row-level security policies to ensure your inventory data is only accessible to your authenticated account.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual items and containers at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at support@ck42x.com.

Children's Privacy

Klutt3rbox is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app.
