1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Klutt3rbox ("the app"), operated by CK42X ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Klutt3rbox is an AI-powered inventory management application that helps you catalog, organize, and search your physical belongings. The service includes photo-based item detection, categorization, search, and optional premium features via subscription.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Klutt3rbox offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. On iOS, subscriptions are managed through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms. On the web, subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including photos, item descriptions, and inventory data. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service (e.g., AI analysis of photos for item detection). We do not sell, share, or use your content for any purpose other than delivering the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious content or content that violates others' rights
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the app

7. AI Features

The app uses artificial intelligence to identify and categorize items from photos. AI results are provided as-is and may not always be accurate. Estimated values are approximations and should not be relied upon for insurance, legal, or financial purposes.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data (items, containers, photos, and account information) will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
